I met with three different contractors. One very well known, who, despite it being a large job, did not provide me a quote until 2 months after they had promised to deliver; a second who basically wanted me to go pick out everything myself with no references as to where to go, design the installation, and he would get it done, and then Jay with Bright Light Reno. Not only were Jay and Sabra incredibly personable, but they listened and offered solutions to design issues we faced. Their pricing was more than reasonable – especially for the options for choosing material that they gave me. We worked around several road blocks and came up with good solutions to the issues that often arise during construction.
I suffered a tragic loss during this time as well, and they were very respectful in ensuring usability of my home while still under renovation so that I could host family and process the grief and loss that was unexpected and overwhelming. They have still held true to their word about amending anything that needed warranty work, and they are very communicative. This was an extensive remodel involving all my bathrooms and a build out of an apartment in my garage. I would most definitely use Bright Light Remodel again for future updates.
